With 20+ years of leadership experience across Fortune 500 corporations, nonprofits, and entrepreneurial ventures, LaKeisha specializes in the belief and identity work that moves high-performing individuals and organizations from stuck to momentum. Drawing on a career that spans HR, leadership development, organizational strategy, and executive facilitation, she has served audiences ranging from regional executives and corporate teams to college students, entrepreneurs, faith community members, and nonprofit communities. She has taken the stage from rooms of ten to audiences in the thousands, both in person and virtually.
Throughout her career, she has spoken for groups at organizations including Capital One, New York Life, The Potter's House, Paul Quinn College, and Boss Women Media, among others.
Beyond speaking, LaKeisha holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management and serves as a local board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
She is also the founder of Everflow, where she facilitates non-traditional workshops that awaken leaders to the real solutions beneath the real problems and reignite teams to move, together and individually, removing the barriers, seen and unseen, so people can show up fully. As a woman of faith, LaKeisha also serves as a worship leader and Christian vocalist for retreats and faith-based events.
